Graduated from Mining College of Shanxi, Mrs. Zhu is professional of Finance and management in coal and coke industry. She was involved in the Mingsheng Bank project as soon as she took employment in Fenwei.
Mrs. Zhu worked for Shanxi Bureau of Coal during 1990 -1998, as a high-level management personnel. She then became chairwoman of J-Power (Shanxi), Vice-chairwoman of Shanxi Tongbao Energy Co. and Vice-President of Shanxi Coal blending and mixing Co. Since the year of 2003, She became cheif director of Shanxi Coal Sales and Logistics Office.
