Gui Xuezhi is a graduate from Xi'an Mining College in 1963, majoring in coalfield geology and exploration. He has the professorial rank of a senior engineer and receives special recognition as one of the country’s experts by China’s State Council He is a senior consultant to Shanxi Fenwei. He presided over the investigation of the Datong coalfield for one of the firm’s clients and geological investigation of coal resources in Inner Mongolia.
Mr. Gui has many publications and received a first grade award of Science and Technology by former Ministry of Coal of China. Mr. Gui is a registered senior engineer.
