Mr. Cao received his bachelor’s degrees from Chahar Institute of Technology in civil engineering as well as
Since 1954, he started his 25 years of career with Yangquan Mining Bureau as a technician, team leader of coal mining, engineer in charge of mine mouth, chief engineer of fully mechanized mining headquarter, head of fully mechanized mining headquarter, and chief engineer of the bureau. After that, he joined Coal Administrative Bureau of Shanxi Province as chief engineer working on the construction of coal mines and ports. In 1983, Mr. Cao became a safety supervisor of former Ministry of Coal Industry of China. Also he is a director of Association of Quality Management of Coal Industry and of Association of Coal of China.
Mr. Cao has many publications including “Water Injection Caving” and many awards including Excellent Paper Award and Science and Technology Award, all by Association of Science and Technology of Shanxi.
Mr. Cao is a registered senior mining engineer and currently is the consulting leader in coal mining at Fenwei.
