Mr. Li is the director of Advanced Science Research Institute.
Mr. Li has more than 30 years of experience in working with the Shanxi provincial government. He has been a government officer in Department of Construction of Shanxi Province, Center for Economic Research of Shanxi, Committee of Provincial Planning of Shanxi, and Center for Technical Economic Research of Shanxi.
From 1988 to 1991, he was the president of Shanxi University. After that, he became a director of Committee of Science and Technology of Shanxi.
Mr. Li received his bachelor’s degree from Taiyuan Institute of Technology in civil engineering in 1963.
