Mr. Liang has 25 years of experience in China’s coal industry. He is a graduate of Shanxi Mining College in 1982, majoring in resource exploration. He is a registered senior mining engineer. Prior to joining Shanxi Fenwei, the majority of his career was with Shanxi Coking Coal Group, which is the largest coking coal company in China, where he held the position of Vice Director of the Planning and Development Department. He has acquired extensive experience in underground mine while working at the Xishan Mining Bureau in coal production and management, in coal mining technology, ventilation, gas technology, gas drainage and its safe utilization.
He is the General Manager of Shanxi Fenwei Energy Consulting Co. Ltd.. He has assisted Mr. Chang in directing all of the major consulting assignments for the company. In so doing, he has accumulated a vast wealth of experience and knowledge of most aspects of China’s coal resources and their development beyond Shanxi Province.
