毛观岱先生拥有超过35年的各行业从商经历，包括国际贸易，企业融资、投资银行，以及关于公用电力公司的工程、建筑、环境方面的咨询服务。毛先生是海琛国际有限公司的总裁兼CEO，海琛公司致力于对中国市场的国际贸易和投资，主要包括煤炭和煤炭相关行业，以及企业融资、项目融资。
毛先生出生于上海，在香港读中学，在美国读大学并继续深造。他精通上海话、粤语和普通话。他在康奈尔大学获得土木工程的学位和硕士学位，并曾到哈佛大学深造。

Mr.Mao has over 35 years of diversified experience in international trade,corporate finace/investment banking,and engineering/construction/enviromental consulting in the electric utility and energy industry.He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Executive Officer of Hysen International,a U.S.company engaged in internaional trade and investments in the China market in coal and coal-related businesses,coeporate finance and project finacing.
Mr.Mao was born and rasisd in Shanghai,completed secondary school in HongKong,and attained his university and post-graduate degree in the United States.He is fluent in three dialects of Chinese: Shanghainese, Cantonese, and Putonghua(Mandarin). He received his bachelor's and master degree of civil engineering from Cornell University and completed additional post-graduate studies at Harvard University.
In the area of corporate finace and merchant banking,over a period of 15 years,Mr.Mao held the position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chartwell &Co of New York and Los Angeles.
Chartwell represented emerging growth companies seeking capital through IPO's ,debt and equity finacing ,mergers,acquisitions,and divestures;managers;structured,negotiated,and closed transations, and divestitures ;and managers;structured,negotiated,and closed transaction.
In the area of engineering and construction of power and energy facilities ,Mr.Mao was Woodward-Clyde's Officer-in-Charge of the electric utility industry to provide consultong servies assciated with the site-safety,geotechnical and enviromental liensing,engineering and construction of coal-fired power plants,nuclear power,pemped-storage hydroelectric and other energy facilities in the United States. He is also credited as the co-founder of Woodward-Clyde's enveromental practice, building it trom a 5-person start-up to nearly 1000 professionals at the time he left firm , establishing Woodward-Clyde as one of the premier multi-disciplinary ,environmental consulting firms in the United States.
